Certificate Program

 The students who are undecided about pursuing a full degree may start at the certificate level in specialized areas of ministry. Just like the degree programs, certificate programs are flexible, affordable, and designed for both vocational and lay ministers. Students can take courses to meet their goals and enhance their skills, while also engaging with the Seminary community and taking advantage of formational resources and opportunities.

  Certificate candidates will learn alongside students from across programs, building supportive and challenging relationships with others in their field.

  Courses for certificates can be counted toward bachelor degree or master’s degrees (if the candidate for master`s degree has a bachelor degree), and certificates can serve as a concentration within a degree program or stand alone for non-degree-seeking students. Consult the requirements of each particular certificate and the course schedule for details

  NOTE: SSCS offers its certificates program at $80/ certificate as a stand-alone course of study and the student may apply the credits earned during a certificate program towards a degree program
