Theological education can under no circumstance be separated from the concept of Christian discipleship. The student enrolled in such a program is called to be an authentic disciple of Christ. Therefore, it is essential that the teachers of a theological school are genuine disciples of Jesus, as well as ministers who are involved in the work of the local church. The students will follow the teaching of the professors and they will be shaped in the spirit which governs the institution. A potential disconnection of a Christian professor (theologian) from the spiritual life and the ministry of the Church would deprive the teacher (theologian) of knowing the internal life of the Church.

Additionally, it will surely lead to the shaping of an intellectual and spiritual profile – both of the teacher and of the future graduate – that is completely useless for God`s ministry in the Church. Sola Scriptura College and Seminary is a theological institution of higher education that functions under the spiritual authority of the Church, it is led by faculty members involved in the pastoral ministry of the Church, and it also has a biblical confession of faith in the spirit of the conservative evangelical theology. For these reasons, I am certain that this Seminary is approved by God and it will answer the needs of the Church to have ministers who are theologically, spiritually, and practically well-prepared.
